Our factory runs multiple production lines with a monthly capacity of roughly 30,000-50,000 units. Standard bulk lead time is 25-35 days after sample approval and deposit, depending on order size and material availability.

Every order goes through in-line inspection during cutting and sewing, a pre-shipment AQL 2.5 inspection, and 100% hardware/zipper function testing. Third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) can be arranged on request.

We ship EXW, FOB Shenzhen/Guangzhou, or CIF to your port, and can arrange DDP door-to-door for smaller trial orders via air or express courier, plus sea freight (FCL/LCL) for bulk wholesale orders.

Yes. Send a Pantone reference, fabric swatch, or the physical item itself, and we will match color and, where possible, texture before bulk production begins — confirmed on a physical sample first.

Most orders require a 30-50% deposit to begin production, with the balance due before shipment. We accept bank transfer (T/T) and, for smaller trial orders, PayPal or other agreed methods.

Yes. We sign NDAs on request and do not reuse a client's specific tech packs, prints or hardware molds for other customers.

Yes, this is common. Send us a reference photo, sketch or description of what you want, and our pattern-making team can develop the tech pack and first sample from there.
