For most designs we provide a sample in 7 days once artwork, materials and specs are confirmed. Complex hardware or tooling may add 2-3 extra days.

Yes. As an OEM ODM handbags factory we can produce your own designs exactly to spec (OEM), or work from our existing library of 300+ styles that you can customize with your logo, hardware, lining and packaging (ODM/private label).

What materials do you use, and are they eco-friendly?

We work with full-grain and top-grain leather, LWG-rated tanneries, water-based PU/vegan leather, recycled and organic cotton canvas, and recycled nylon/RPET. Eco-friendly materials and REACH/AZO-free dyes are available on request for brands with sustainability requirements.

Our factory runs multiple production lines with a monthly capacity of roughly 30,000-50,000 units. Standard bulk lead time is 25-35 days after sample approval and deposit, depending on order size and material availability.

How do you control quality before shipment?

Accepted Answer

Every order goes through in-line inspection during cutting and sewing, a pre-shipment AQL 2.5 inspection, and 100% hardware/zipper function testing. We can also arrange third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) at your request.

Which shipping methods and Incoterms do you support?

We ship EXW, FOB Shenzhen/Guangzhou, or CIF to your port, and can arrange DDP door-to-door for smaller trial orders via air or express courier, plus sea freight (FCL/LCL) for bulk wholesale handbag orders.
